Here is a handcrafted Boatswain Challenge Coin holder that will hold roughly 60-70 coins depending on their size.  Display Dimensions are 16"H x 16"L.  This item is made to order and will need assembly if delivered and not local here in San Diego.  Display requires wood glue for a strong hold.
